Registration Instructions
eTenet New Credentialed Physician Registration

Please use the one-time Registration/Unique ID that you received via email from [email protected] for registration. If you do not have this number and have already requested access, contact your local Information Systems Department or contact the Tenet Service Desk at 1-800-639-7575 and select follow the options for eTenet support. You will be able to choose a User ID and password for logging in to eTenet.com.
Physicians, Non-Medical Staff, and Referring Physicians at all facilities except DMC: Request Access Here.
Please enter your Registration/Unique ID and National Provider Identifier (NPI), and click "Next" to begin the registration process.
